Shake things up with this clever take on an age-old process. Make delicious creamy butter in three minutes (with cream that has set out for 6-8 hours).
- Fill with 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Set out for 6-8 hours
- Shake for 3 minutes or until butter separates
- Strain out buttermilk through top of jar
- Rinse and strain with cold water, repeat.
- Collect and serve
