Beeswax Candles Kit
Candle-rolling craft kit for children - Ages 5+ |
This accessible, open-ended crafting activity produces impressive-looking, functional candles—very satisfying for children. The younger child can form a simple pillar candle by rolling a naturally sweet-smelling beeswax sheet around a length of wicking. Older children can follow illustrated instructions and use patterns to make fancier beehive and flower candles. An adult may need to help warm beeswax sheets with a hair dryer; otherwise suitable for independent use. Makes 4 to 6 candles.
