Shipping to you? Gift Certificate orders shipped to your billing address will arrive BLANK, so you can fill in the name yourself.
Shipping directly to your recipient? During order checkout (Step 2 - Shipping), type in your recipient’s name and shipping address at the Confirm or Change Shipping Address prompt. We’ll write the ship-to name on the Gift Certificate unless you tell us to send a BLANK certificate; use the comments box (Step 3 - Complete Your Order) to tell us to send a BLANK certificate.
Gift Certificates can be ordered online in the following increments: $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $500. If we don’t offer the amount you need online, please phone our toll-free Orders/Customer Service line to order: 877-975-3003 M-F, 8-4:30 Pacific Time.
Please do not combine an order for a gift certificate shipped directly to your recipient with an order shipped elsewhere; we can only accept one shipping address per order. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. They may be redeemed on one or more orders until the full amount has been used, however we will not send updated Gift Certificates.
